What counts as a change? A change is a single task — swapping some text, adding a page, updating an image, fixing a broken form. Unused time does not roll over into the next month. If a job is bigger than your plan's monthly allowance, we will quote it separately before doing it, never afterwards.
Project pricing
Indicative starting prices. Every project gets a written quote with a fixed total after a short scoping call — you will never receive an invoice you have not already agreed.

No surprises on the invoice
Payment methods
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We also accept UK bank transfer for project invoices. We never see or store your full card details.
When you are charged
Care plans are charged monthly in advance on the same date each month. Projects are billed 50% on acceptance of the quote and 50% on completion, unless the quote says otherwise.
Changing plan
Upgrade at any time and we will pro-rate the difference for the current month. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
Cancelling
Care plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Refunds
If we have not started work, you get a full refund. Consumers also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Full detail is in the refund policy.
No setup fees
There are no joining fees, no onboarding charges and no minimum term on care plans. The first month costs the same as every month after it.
Before you ask
Do I need a care plan if you build my site?
No. The site is yours at handover and you are free to host and maintain it wherever you like. A plan exists because most clients would rather not think about updates and backups — not because the site stops working without one.
Is hosting included in the care plans?
Hosting is quoted separately because the right option depends on your traffic and whether you run a shop. We will tell you what your current hosting costs and whether moving is worth it. If we do host you, it appears as its own line on the invoice.
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
We stop and tell you. You then choose between waiting for next month, upgrading your plan, or approving a one-off quote for the extra work. We do not bill overage automatically.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Your invoice shows the full amount payable before you are charged, and we will never take a payment you have not agreed in advance.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Scoping calls, quotes and the initial website audit are free and come with no obligation.
