LinkedIn account management

Most people know LinkedIn works and post twice a year anyway. We run the account properly — profile, content, engagement and outreach — so it produces conversations instead of guilt.

What the work is
01

Profile and page optimisation

Headline, About section, experience, skills and banner rewritten so the profile reads as a business case rather than a CV. Company page completed properly, with the sections most firms leave blank.

Month one
02

Content, written and scheduled

A monthly calendar of posts drawn from your actual work — jobs you have done, questions customers ask, mistakes you see people make. Written in your voice, approved by you, published on a consistent rhythm.

Ongoing
03

Engagement

Replying to every comment on your posts, and commenting usefully on other people's. This is where most of the reach comes from, and it is the part nobody has time for.

Weekly
04

Targeted outreach

Connection requests to people who actually match your customer profile, each with a note written for that person. No templates, no mass invites, no automation.

Growth & Authority
05

Inbox handling

Triage of incoming messages, drafted replies for your approval, and qualification so genuine enquiries reach you and the recruitment spam does not.

Growth & Authority
06

Reporting

Impressions, profile views, connection acceptance rate, inbound conversations and what drove them — every figure checkable inside your own LinkedIn analytics.

LinkedIn rewards showing up consistently far more than it rewards being clever once.

How we work

Within LinkedIn's rules, entirely

This matters more on LinkedIn than on any other platform, because the penalty is losing the account you have spent years building.

No automation, ever. Connection bots, scraping tools and engagement pods breach the LinkedIn User Agreement. Accounts caught using them get restricted, and repeat offences get them permanently removed. Every request, comment and message we send is sent by a person.

No password sharing. LinkedIn does not permit account sharing. We work through official Content Admin access on your company page, and by agreed handover for personal-profile posts. Your credentials stay yours.

No guaranteed results. We will not promise you a number of leads or followers. Anyone who does is either guessing or selling you bought engagement. We commit to the output, the targeting and the reporting — you can verify all three yourself.

No invented voice. We write from your actual work and experience. If we do not have the detail, we ask you rather than inventing a story that a customer might one day ask you about.

Getting going

The first month

  1. Onboarding call — about an hour

Your background, your customers, what you sell and the two or three things you want to be known for. We also agree what is off limits.

  2. Profile rewrite — week one

Headline, About, experience and banner. You approve it before anything changes on the live profile.

  3. First content calendar — week two

A month of posts drafted in advance so you can see the direction and adjust the tone before anything is published.

  4. Publishing and engagement begin — week two onward

Posts go out on schedule, comments get answered, and on Growth and Authority the outreach starts.

  5. First report — end of month one

Baseline figures and what we are changing for month two. Month one is nearly always the quietest — the compounding starts around month three.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you post as me, or as the agency?

As you. Everything is written in your voice, from your experience, and nothing is published without your approval in the first month. Once you are comfortable with the tone, most clients move to a weekly approval batch rather than signing off each post.

Do you use automation tools or bots?

No. Automated connection tools, scrapers and engagement pods breach the LinkedIn User Agreement and get accounts restricted or permanently banned. Every connection request, comment and message we send is sent by a person. It is slower, and it is the only way we will do it.

Will I get more leads?

We will not promise a number, because nobody can control who buys. What we can commit to is consistent output, relevant targeting and a monthly report showing impressions, profile views, connection acceptance rate and inbound conversations, all of which you can verify inside your own LinkedIn analytics.

Do I have to give you my password?

No. LinkedIn does not permit account sharing, so we work through official access instead. You add us to your company page as a Content Admin, and for personal-profile work we either use LinkedIn's own tools or you paste approved posts yourself — whichever you prefer. Your login stays yours.

What do you need from me to start?

About an hour. One onboarding call to get your background, your customers and the two or three things you actually want to be known for. After that we need roughly fifteen minutes a week from you for approvals and the occasional detail only you would know.

Can I cancel?

Any time, with 30 days' notice, by email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The rewritten profile, the content calendar and everything published stays yours.
