SmartersWeb is a company based in London, serving its customers in website development, graphic design and digital marketing services. We work mostly with small and medium businesses — the ones where the website is not somebody's full-time job, and a broken contact form means real lost work.
Our mission is to provide a high quality service to our customers and give them the best solutions. In practice that means being reachable, explaining things in plain English, and quoting a price before we start rather than after.

No invented proof
We do not publish fabricated client counts, stock-photo testimonials or metrics we cannot show you the source of. What we report, you can verify in your own analytics.
You own everything
Domains, hosting, logins, source files and licences are registered to you, not to us. Leaving should be easy, even though we would rather you stayed.
Maintainable systems
Organised code and standard integrations, so future work is cheap. We avoid the clever solution that only one person on earth understands.
